Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a M-61labs.com purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund or a Gift Card. We regret that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.
- When you return your purchase to M-61labs.com by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
- If we receive your item(s) within 31-60 days of purchase date or if they were paid with a Gift Card, you will receive a refund in the form of a Gift Card for the price of the item(s).
- Items received more than 60 days after the purchase date may not be returned.
Return to M-61Labs.com by Mail
- Contact M-61’s Customer Service via team@bluemercury.com or 1-800-355-6000 and be sure to include your name, email address and your order number. M-61’s Customer Service will provide you with a return authorization number (RA Number).
- Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box (if applicable) and M-61 packaging (if available, otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit). Mark the outside of your packaging with the RA Number provided by M-61’s customer service.
- Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) using a USPS service that is trackable, or another trackable courier (for example, UPS or FedEx) so the shipment can be traced should the shipment be lost. M-61 cannot be responsible for return shipments not received.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue a Gift Card. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
